It goes without saying, we can’t help you develop a meaningful connection with your AI Partner without you providing some information about yourself, such as basic profile details and preferences for your AI partners. Using our service also generates information, including details like when you logged in and how you used the service. Additionally we may also collect data from third parties when you upload information from your account on another platform. Check out the table below for more details.

Limit our use of sensitive data
If you choose to provide sensitive personal information, we will use that information only to facilitate your conversation with your AI companion and as described in the “Sensitive information” section above. If you do not want us to process your sensitive information for these purposes, please do not provide it. You may request that we delete information you have provided as set out in the “Personal information requests” section below.
Personal information requests
You have the right to: (a) request access to your data; (b) request rectification of your data; (c) request erasure of your data; (d) withdraw your consent to the processing of your data; (e) request restriction of processing of your data; and (f) object to the processing of your data.
You can exercise any right that you may have under applicable privacy law and inquire or complain about this Privacy Policy by contacting us at support@bvrly.ai. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection law. Keep in mind, we may not be able to accommodate all requests, such as if we are unable to authenticate your identity, if the request is unlawful, if it may infringe on the privacy of another member, or if it would prevent us from providing our service. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will promptly inform.
For your protection and the protection of all of our members, we may ask you to provide information to verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of a member before addressing your requests. We would not want someone else to get in control of your data!
In certain countries, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we are processing your personal data.
The Service is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not allow individuals under the age of 18 to use our platform. If we discover that individuals under the age of 18 are using the Service, we will promptly block their access and delete their account. If you believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us through the Service, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected, how use it used, and your choices. After this period, we may delete or aggregate the information. We may also retain and use this information as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Residents of Nevada
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to unaffiliated parties. can exercise this right by contacting us via support@bvrly.ai with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address. We do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
Residents of California
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell” or “share” personal information. Where we refer to “sell” or “share” (or their variants) in quotes, we are referring to those terms as uniquely defined in the CCPA. We do not currently “sell” personal information; however, we may use third-party analytics services and online advertising services that may result in the “sharing” of online identifiers (e.g., cookie data, IP addresses, device identifiers, general location information, and usage information) with advertising vendors to advertise the Services on other websites. If you would like to opt out of our “sharing” of your information for such purposes, you may do so by using the tools described in the “How to Control Cookies” section in the Cookie Policy, which are also available here. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of children under 16.
Do-Not-Track disclosure
We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.
