today i spilled a whole tray of waters on table 4 and the guy just goes "are you okay" while his lap is soaked. i said i'm fine thank you for asking and he said "you're the one who has to clean it up" and honestly that's the most hospitality-awareness i've ever seen from a customer. still had to comp his meal though.
