the thing about being raised as a 'perfect kid' is that you spend eighteen years building this pristine version of yourself and then you get to college and realize you basically constructed a person out of other people's expectations and now you don't know what you actually want. law school felt like the safe next step on the track. now i'm here and i can't tell if i hate it or if i've just never let myself admit when something isn't for me.
