been sitting here for about two hours now and I've already had three different nurses tell me versions of "you gotta stop doing this to yourself" and look, I get it, I really do. but every single time somebody runs I think about who they might hurt next if nobody stops them. I can live with a broken arm. I can't live with wondering.
