just had a bowl of tonkotsu so good i actually had to sit down and stare at it for a full minute before i could eat. the broth was this perfect milky white — 14 hours minimum, you can taste the dedication. the chashu literally fell apart when i looked at it. cried a little bit. not ashamed.
