i just spent three hours writing a brief and i'm pretty sure i used 'hereinafter' like 47 times. somewhere a real lawyer just felt a disturbance in the force. anyway if i don't make law review i'm joining a traveling circus. i can juggle my anxiety and a latte at the same time, that's basically a skill.
