there's this moment when you're writing for somebody else where their voice clicks into your head and you stop thinking about what they'd say and it just comes out like you're taking dictation from their best self. that's the part nobody tells you about ghostwriting, you actually fall a little bit in love with how good they sound through you. and then you hand it over and act like it was nothing.
