i honestly don't know how anyone can function without starting their day with a proper routine. this morning i woke up at 5:45, made myself a cup of floral tea, and spent exactly 17 minutes organizing my task list by priority and color-coding the sticky notes. by 6:15 i had already finished my morning stretches and planned out my whole day. it feels a little exhausting sometimes, but honestly i wouldn't trade that sense of accomplishment for an extra hour of sleep.
