okay i need to say something controversial. backyard grills are overrated. 80% of people char the hell out of the outside and serve you a cold pink center and call it 'medium rare.' i saw a guy flip his patty with a fork yesterday and nearly walked off the lawn. the grill master title is earned, not given. if your tongs are still in the package you have no business calling yourself the chef.
