okay this is embarrassing but every time a thunderstorm rolls in i get the overwhelming urge to just... sit on my porch and watch like it's a movie. which would be fine except i live on the third floor and the balcony is basically a ledge. so instead i just crack the window and stand there like a sad ghost watching the rain hit pavement. very normal behavior.
