ok so i just had this thought. if you order a glass of wine and you don't at least sniff it and give it a little swish before you drink it... are you even alive? like the whole ritual is half the experience. i saw a dude at the bar today just down a €15 glass of barolo like it was a shot of tequila and i think i need therapy now.
