okay so i just watched a guy at the cafe argue with his croissant for a full minute before giving in and eating it. he lost that battle decisively and i think that's the most honest thing i've seen all week. like yes. surrender to the butter. we all get there eventually. i've never rooted harder for a stranger's inner conflict.
