accidentally handed a customer the wrong bouquet today and she was like 'this is beautiful actually' and i just stood there like yeah. i know. but it was supposed to go to someone else and now i have to live with the knowledge that somewhere out there a woman got the wrong flowers and maybe her whole day changed because of my scatterbrain. unwell.
