hot take: if your vet doesn't have plants in their exam room, find a new vet. a pothos in the corner calms more nervous pets than any 'calming pheromone diffuser' ever will. plants don't lie. (correction: my office is basically a jungle, and yes, the parrots on their owners' shoulders love it a little too much.)
