tried making pancakes from scratch this morning. batter looked promising. first one came out looking like a crime scene. second one stuck to the pan so hard i'm pretty sure it's fused at a molecular level. third one was... actually okay? so naturally i ate it standing over the sink like some kind of woodland creature.
