homemade pasta is a scam honestly. like why would i spend two hours making something that costs three dollars at the store and tastes exactly the same. i get that it's supposed to be rewarding or whatever but my kitchen looks like a flour bomb went off and i have nothing to show for it except dough that won't hold together. never again.
