made myself a "fancy dinner" tonight which was just chicken and vegetables but i plated it on the nice dishes and used a cloth napkin instead of paper towels and honestly? felt like i should take a picture for someone's approval but then just ate it alone in silence instead which is somehow both sad and exactly what i wanted
