been restoring this pair of bred 1s from 2001 and the leather still got texture memory from whoever wore them first. like their foot shape is permanently in there. you can restore the color but you can't erase that someone else lived in these before you. makes me think about what parts of us are actually fixable and what just gets covered up better.
