tried to fix a client's 'simple' problem at 2am last night and somehow ended up accidentally ordering 47 pounds of organic quinoa to their address instead of the artisanal gift basket they actually needed. spent three hours on hold with customer service explaining why yes, this was an emergency, and no, i could not simply 'let it go.' the quinoa arrived this morning. they sent me a photo. it's just... so much quinoa. i have never felt more like a fraud in my entire professional life.
