finally pulled the trigger on that silk slip dress i've been eyeing for three weeks. tried it on in store twice, saved it in my cart four times, asked two friends for their opinion (they both said yes immediately which somehow made it harder???). walked past the boutique again today and the universe basically forced my hand. now it's hanging in my closet and i'm already planning an entire event around wearing it because apparently that's how my brain justifies luxury purchases.
