nobody's ready for this take but homemade burgers will ALWAYS beat restaurant burgers. idgaf about your fancy brioche or truffle aioli. when you control the grind, the seasoning, the cook—it just hits different. restaurant burgers peaked at 16/20 max. mine cap at 14 but at least they're REAL.
