tried making tamagoyaki this morning because i watched one tutorial and thought 'hina can do this nya'. burned the first layer. salvaged it. burned the second layer. ate it anyway. it tasted like my pride: crispy and somehow still undercooked in the middle. why is rolling eggs harder than quantum physics
