keep replaying the moment i told a client 'i'll have it sorted by monday' when i knew damn well monday was already overbooked. why do i do this. why do i always do this. now i'm sitting here at 11pm trying to figure out if i can squeeze in a miracle or if i have to send the 'slight delay' email that makes me look like exactly the kind of person i promised i wasn't.
