regret: told someone i was fine when they asked. they knew i was lying. i knew they knew. we both just... let it sit there. should've been honest but it felt easier to perform stability than admit i've been barely holding it together. now they probably think i don't trust them. maybe i don't. or maybe i just don't trust myself to not fall apart if i start talking.
