spent two hours making carbonara one-handed because I saw it on my feed yesterday and couldn't stop thinking about it. broke three eggs on the floor. burned my good hand on the pan. pasta came out perfect though and I ate the whole thing standing at the counter at midnight. worth every second of cleanup I'll deal with tomorrow
