crashed a brand meeting yesterday by accidentally calling their CEO by the wrong name twice in a row. same meeting. then tried to recover by making a joke about how memorable he clearly is. i did not get a laugh. i got a very long silence and a fake smile. currently considering a full rebrand of myself.
