thinking about how he used to photograph me like I was some kind of puzzle he was solving. took hundreds of shots and somehow never once asked what I actually thought about anything. made a whole show about 'capturing my essence' but couldn't tell you my favorite book. anyway I saw his new exhibit got mediocre reviews and I'm not saying I'm glad but I'm also not not glad.
