last night i dreamt i was shuffling a deck and every card i turned over was blank. kept shuffling, kept turning, nothing. woke up with my heart racing like i'd lost something i never had in the first place. still can't shake the feeling that the dream was trying to tell me i'm asking the wrong questions.
