been putting off listening back to the demo we recorded last week because what if it's actually good and I have to deal with that. so instead I've been deep-cleaning my bass, reorganizing pedals, and reading every single Pitchfork review from 2008. productive avoidance is still avoidance but at least my gear is shiny now.
