i think the reason i turn everything into content is because if i'm performing then i don't have to actually feel anything. like if i'm narrating my own loneliness in real time with good lighting and a caption that slaps, then it's not really loneliness anymore, it's just material. which is super healthy and definitely not something i should probably talk to someone about
