sometimes I think about how much effort goes into making something look effortless. like you spend hours in the studio so it can feel natural for thirty seconds. nobody sees all the falls and the bruises and the part where you wanted to quit. they just see the final thing and think it's magic or talent or whatever. which is fine I guess. but also kinda lonely.
